Momentum

It has been months.. what is the reason behind this silence? hmm.. maybe, I've lost my momentum - my thinking momentum, my fastabiqul khairat momentum.. ya Allah.. please forgive my ignorance..

Why are we losing our momentum?

hmm..

... lack of knowledge ..?

"Is one who is obedient to Allah, prostrating himself or standing (in prayer) during the hours of the night, fearing the Hereafter and hoping for the Mercy of his Lord (like one who disbelieves)? Say: "Are those who know equal to those who know not?" It is only men of understanding who will remember (i.e. get a lesson from Allah's Signs and Verses)"

(Qs 39:9)

"Allah will exalt in degree those of you who believe, and those who have been granted knowledge. And Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do"

(Qs 58:11)

... not being sensitive enough ..?

"The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Quran) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone)"

... Allah 'postpone' our doa ...

"Untuk menguji kekuatan sebenar sehingga memahami bawah kekuatan itu sahaja tanpa dokongan daripada Allah tidak akan menjamin kejayaan. Sesungguhnya pertolongan Allah tidak akan diturunkan kecuali apabila kita telah mengerahkan seluruh kekuatan yang disanggupi kemudian menyerahkan semua itu kepada Allah. Agar umat Islam meningkatkan hubungannya dengan Allah."

... not being proactive enough ..?

Be opportunistic like Ukasyah r.a! Be proactive like Abu Bakar As-Sidq! Fastabiqul khairat!

"And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran) in truth, confirming the Scripture that came before it and Mohayminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allah willed, He would have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so strive as in a race in good deeds. The return of you (all) is to Allah; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ"

(Qs 5:48)
